Hi yes, um I'm Negi Springfield and I guess I'm new to this place. I read over what I could find and I guess this is a city that grants wishes or something like that? I'm not surprised but I'd like to go home. I was kind of in the middle of something.

Also, I'm rather banged up, so medical treatment would be nice for the time being.

So how is Valentines day celebrated here? Is it only the girls giving the guys chocolates like it is in Japan or is it a free for all?

I suppose this place is still full of surprises after all. I'm sure I'm not the only one who noticed that one cannot enter this mysterious new section of the city alone. I attempted and was not successful.

It's unfortunate because I wish to investigate it immediately. Has anyone else had a closer look?

[ The Seal doesn't seem to know it's not supposed to be in use at the moment, and is showing Kid sitting in the exact middle of his bed in Rotterdam.
